Shipping policy

SHIPPING

As I package and ship my products all by myself I still try to send them as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 days for your orders to be processed for shipping. (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping time will depend on your location, I ship from The Netherlands:

NL (domestic): 1- 3 days 

EU: 1- 2 weeks

INTERNATIONAL 2 - 5 weeks

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

For domestic orders (NL) it arranges from €2 - 4

and for International orders it arranges from €3 - 10.

I usually ship the flat mail without track&trace to keep the shipping cost low for my customers, but if you want more certainty of your package, you can consider paying a little bit extra for tracked shipping.

Cancel, returns & refunds

You can cancel your order if it is not shipped yet, but please do it as soon as possible recommendable on the same day you placed a order. After that you will get your refund. But when your order is dispatched, I can't cancel and refund it anymore.

I do not accept returns. I do not give refunds unless the item was damaged upon arrival, please contact me as soon as possible at: lokmeiqi@gmail.com and send me your order number and photo of the item condition. I will not refund lost packaging without tracking but you can contact me about it and together we can try to find a solution.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order. (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Taxes and Fees

Import taxes are payed by you: the customer, I do not have a hand in this. If you are from the EU or UK, you will be required to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) regardless of the weight or value of your order, when requested.
